The e-Ledger is a collection of electronic records that contain the information found in these mandatory books. In this system, ledgers are maintained in a digital environment and submitted to the Ministry of Finance with an electronic signature. Real and legal persons who meet the conditions stated in the General Communiqué on Electronic Ledger No. 1 can benefit from the e-Ledger system.

How to Store e-Ledgers with Mikro Software
To benefit from the e-Mikro ledger storage service, first create a user account with a personal email at www.emikro.com.tr, then open an e-Ledger user account at portal.emikro.com.tr. This allows you to archive your e-Ledgers generated by Mikro Software online through the My e-Ledger application. Once necessary parameter settings are completed via the Mikro e-Ledger module, you can access your archived e-Ledger files both from the software and the portal.
Legal Obligation to Retain e-Ledgers
According to the e-Ledger General Communiqué, businesses are responsible for retaining their e-Ledgers in a digital environment. While it is mandatory to store them on a business’s own IT systems, they may also be stored through integrator companies offering e-Ledger storage services. The Revenue Administration (GİB) recommends storing e-Ledger records with private integrators.
